1. Information We Collect

To ensure precise AI processing and legal compliance, we collect the following data:

• Account Information: Name, username, email address, and phone number.
• Astrological Data: Date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. These are necessary for statistical planetary calculations.
• Usage and Traffic Data: Text inputs you provide to the AI, uploaded files, IP addresses, log files as required by law, date and time of usage, and Cookies.

2. Data Use & AI Training

We use your data for the following purposes:

• Service Provision & Improvement: To process astrological and financial results as requested.
• Legal Compliance: To retain computer traffic data (Log files) for at least 90 days in accordance with the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2560 (2017).
• Model Improvement: We may use de-identified or anonymized Input and Output data to analyze and train our AI models to improve accuracy, following international standards for AI development.

  Note: If you do not wish for your data to be used for model training, you may contact us to opt-out.

3. Data Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only disclose data when necessary:

• Service Providers: Such as cloud hosting providers or payment systems with high security standards.
• Law Enforcement: When requested by government officials, courts, or authorized agencies under Thai law.

4. Your Rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to access, rectify, delete (Right to be Forgotten), restrict, or object to the processing of your data at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (DPO).
