Terms of Service

IMPORTANT AGREEMENT: By accessing, registering for, or clicking "Accept" on Astroneko.com services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms, including the Privacy Policy and full Consent to Monitoring & Tracking as described below.

1. Consent to Monitoring & Tracking

For system security and compliance with Thai law, your use of our service constitutes your explicit consent for the Company to monitor, record, and analyze your usage data, including but not limited to:

  • Recording of IP Addresses and Computer Traffic Data.
  • Tracking user behavior via Cookies and other tracking technologies for analytics and performance improvement.
  • Monitoring of content (Inputs) sent to the system to prevent illegal activities and ensure safety.

If you do not agree to this monitoring, please discontinue using the website and services immediately.

2. Service and AI System

Astroneko provides statistical analysis and Financial Astrology services via Artificial Intelligence.

  • Accuracy: Due to the nature of AI and Machine Learning, the service may occasionally produce incorrect, inaccurate, or inappropriate results (AI Hallucinations). You should verify the accuracy of information before actual use.

3. Your Content

  • Ownership: As between you and Astroneko, you retain ownership of all input data (Input) and you own the results (Output) generated by the system.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your Input and Output.

4. Usage Requirements

You agree NOT to use our service for any activities that violate the law, specifically the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2560 (and amendments), including prohibiting:

  • Importing false, distorted, or obscene data into the computer system.
  • Creating content that affects national security or causes public panic.
  • Creating content intended for disinformation or impersonation.
  • Attempting to hack, modify, or reverse engineer our AI system.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.

6. Disclaimer

  • Not Financial Advice: Results from Astroneko are for decision-making support only and do not constitute Investment Advice.
  • Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any damages (direct or indirect) resulting from the use or reliance on AI-generated data.

AI Safety & Policy

Astroneko adheres to Responsible AI development, following international standards and AI ethics:

1. Safety & Moderation

We employ monitoring systems to prevent the AI from generating inappropriate, violent, or Hate Speech content. If the AI detects a command that violates policies or risks violating Thai law, the system will refuse to execute that command immediately.

2. Limitations

  • Knowledge Cutoff: The AI's knowledge base may be limited by its training data period.
  • Bias: While we strive to mitigate bias, AI may reflect biases present in statistical data.
